For @veracity-voracity-violence’s apprentice, Aiselin.

Aiselin does actually have a familiar, although it doesn't really stay with her. Rather, they have a means of letting the other know if one needs help via glowing magical stones. Her necklace is connected to the small anklet on the birds leg.

The familiar is a Golden Saker Falcon, and his name is Alkvier, which means Fire in Revehenion. Now why name a white bird after flames? It's actually quite simple in their culture.

Alkvier is a reference to their myths about one of their God's called Anihalkvier: Wings of Flame, Bird of Fire, Goddess of the Underworld, Patron of Life and the Bride of Death. The Phoenix.

Birds of white symbolize the beginning of life from a dead flame, having rose from the ashes into a new life.

However, there is more to this myth...this legend.

That I'll tell later.

Aiselin seems like the type of girl who likes classical music and perhaps something akin to what the Celtic Women sing...and you'd be right.

However...

As she would get to know Julian, seeing as she's the fan apprentice for that route, it becomes clear that she grows to have two new favourites...

Shanties and Villain Songs!

Shanties would make sense from the act of Julian once being a part of a pirate crew...but Villain Songs?

That's the dramatic bonus from him too.

But the funny thing is, when Aiselin does sing a villain song, she goes all out. She isn't just singing and acting the villain at that point, she is the villain. And she does it pretty well too...it's almost scary.

Aiselin is a complete sweetheart; from how she walks, talks, dresses and acts...you can tell she is a sweetheart.

But do not be fooled...it doesn't mean she's innocent, helpless and naive.

She curses, she can fight, can threaten...and might even have a darker mind than one thinks.
