It all ends with a city set ablaze. The sick and the dying congregate on streets of ash, the plague grants equality in death alone. None can save it anymore; no inquisitor or military could defeat an enemy which cares not for human rule and routine. And the healer calls out, give me one more chance. The director watches with pity or compassion, humouring the poor soul yet again. I can do this. I will do this. I can save them. Just let me try one more time! The clock turns back in a dead city, and the play begins again.
