Did Ahsoka Tano join the Jal Shey after leaving the Jedi Order?

The Jal Shey were one of the oldest groups of force sensitives who viewed the force from an intellectual perspective and preferred to use diplomacy and negotiation over fighting. This group has yet to be brought into canon.

They were nomadic and traveled to different parts of the galaxy trying to understand the ways of the force, learn about other types of force users and help others reach their force potential. The group was very selective when inducting members and avoided those who showed an inclination towards the dark side or preferred combat over discussion.

Jal Shey members often wore armor, meditation gloves and special belts based on their rank in the order to increase their physical abilities. They also used lightsabers as a means of defense.

In addition to the Jedi, the Imperials also hunted down other force users including the Jal Shey.

i think that was a point they were trying to make tho cause like the jedi were pretty fucked up during the clone wars and while it's not super obvious early on, we see more of it later as ahsoka realizes it.. but it was super gross to try and humanize jabba

yeah...I love that line how their like ‘ a jedi protects all beings’ or something along that like no, apparently, ‘a jedi protects the affluent & those with the hyperspace routes u need’ & apparently screw those who r getting thrown to the rancor everyday lmao.
