I don't live in Amsterdam (but I'm from up North so it'd be impossible for me to host something anyway considering the traveling some people would have to do) and I don't know if anyone else lives there, we just figured it would be a nice city for a meetup :') (Also keep in mind that several people live in student houses so it's p much impossible to have a bbq there)
Well I'm in a student flat myself, but we have this large central square that anyone can use and I've successfully hosted bbq parties for up to 20-25 people there, but yeahhhh then we'd have the same problem where I live in Wageningen which is pretty terrible to have to reach by public transport and... not exactly the most exciting city to hang out in beforehand. :P
I guess my main point was that if none of us live in Amsterdam but we do for instance have people living in Utrecht or a similar large, centrally located city, that might be more convenient? But idk.
