ewww hate when there's an idea for a closing scene but the story wrote itself into the opposite corner and the scene would seem forced and trivial if left unchanged!!!

Ok ACTUAL thots on Stone Ocean other than just “I Hate It Here” is that it’s really hard for me sometimes to get emotionally invested in manga just cause idk, I tend to skim while reading a lot and the fight scenes don’t always pan out well cause of that, plus sometimes I find it hard to get a good grasp on the characters personality without hearing HOW they say things and seeing their body language, but I was still REALLY UPSET about a lot of what happened because I was def emotionally invested in the story. Either way I’m gonna be really excited to see it animated eventually (right?? Please??) and I’ll probably be a LOT more of a mess after that.
