There's always at least one performer whose name you don't ever want to have to submit for the age-out list. For me, having @ibleedteal2013 on #SIG18 has been that way. She joined in 2011 when I first had this wild idea to start an independent #winterguard, and somehow she has stuck by my side ever since. She has done everything, spun everything, and managed to live her life in the process. I know she is an incredibly unique and #strongwoman because when others would have given up or said it was too hard to continue on with #colorguard because of whatever is going on in their lives, she pushed through. She grew up, went to college, got married, and had a baby all prior to this, her #ageout year. She knew #Spintronix before our building had any heat and everyone had to sleep on the floor, when we earned last place every weekend and still kept pushing to get better. She could have moved on and up, auditioned for other teams, but she made a name for herself right here in the very town where she grew up by helping us win our first #statechampion title in 2017. I have never seen such determination in a performer in my life. Next weekend she is going to receive her age-out plaque in front of everyone at #MCCGA state championships. I hope all of our followers, fans, and friends will join us in celebrating the eight-year-long performance career of this beautiful soul who cannot be stopped. #ageoutrageout
