Which canon character respects your OC most? What gained that respect?
mad jack earned peggy carter's respect helping shield and leading the 105 through the most challenging missions. his inventiveness, perseverance, and for lack of a better word, insanity, cemented him as a good leader; his unwavering loyalty to and trust in his closest friends of the 105 have her respect him as a good man.
nana is a respected ally (and, maybe, even a friend) to nick fury himself. they've been working together at shield since the 80s and have relied on each other in situations of life and death, when you don't know who to trust (the captain marvel plot, the avengers initiative, the winter soldier situation, i'm probably inserting her in the whole nine yards).
What is your OC's redemption moment?
this was a hard one! i think verônica's redemption is joining the boys for a second time, and specifically her first honest conversation with frenchie since they've been back (in 2x06, after a key reveal that i don't really want to spoil here). the tragedy and subsequent misunderstanding that dissolved the team and their relationship comes to light — that was the reason she was giving herself to be angry at frenchie, so if it wasn't true, on what grounds is she still treating him like shit? she finally realizes how terrible and guilty he must have been feeling that something good in his life was ruined by this situation, on top of already feeling like it was his fault. and for her it was a first having an actual conversation actually dealing with something from the past.
What canon character gets annoyed by your OC?
i think nana and tony stark are mutually annoyed by each other when they first meet. he thinks she's too much of a rules follower because she works for shield, which is not true of her and so she thinks he's a cocky egocentric little shit.
