Yes. Yes, yes yes yes yes. On the surface it’s obviously because it tortures the muse and I enjoy it. But on a far more serious note, Angst put’s characters in these tough spots where you can really find out who they are when it comes to it. In a angsty thread on another account, it pushed my muse into making a decision and was a real eye opener/wake up call. Fluff is fun and cute and it does develop characters of course but I personally feel those grittier, angsty threads are where you as a writer learn more about your characters and find them evolving because of what you’re pushing them into.

||I had something similar happen a while back, but this is actually a matter of a very popular artist hating my guts and telling everyone that will listen how awful I am, which is pretty funny because anyone who knows me will tell you I’m not at all like the artist thinks I am.

There was a gruff laugh at the order, making Spider roll his eyes. Just another day in his horrid little life, crawling up a wall after taking care of his target, sneaking back to base to keep from being found. “I don’t even use guns.” Spider more or less specialized in silent kills. Sneaking up behind someone and snapping their neck sort of kills. And if someone made one more ‘slient and deadly’ joke, he’d wrap them up.  He dropped down onto the van and climbed in through the open window, pulling out his ear piece. “Target neutralized.” Spider didn’t like any of this. He never had. But the one time he went against orders... His hand idly traced the scar on his neck. Well. He never did that again. agentrollins

If she thinks it is just a bit of mischief she’d be in, but if it meant real harm, mostly to herself and Eve, I can see her going full psycho killer. 

“Uh yes please? In here or to the bedroom?”
