That Face? || CLOSED
Spencer needed some time away from the group and decided a lunch off on his own was the best way to do it. He headed to a local diner, took the small corner booth in the back, and splayed his things out around the table as he looked at the menu. The waitress came over to ask him about coffee and he nodded with a soft ‘yes’ and flipped his cup. It was after his line of sight left her however did he lock eyes on a woman a few booths in front of him and he went a strange version of silent. I’ll leave you a few said the waitress and he agreed in a nod without realizing it.
“....Cat?” Doctor Reid finally asked out loud. His voice was weak, almost shaky. He took a sip of his black coffee and tried again a bit louder. “Cat??” Spencer tried again but she didn’t respond. The woman that put him in prison would always respond to Spencer. He was her obsession, it made no sense that she wouldn’t even look up. Why was she here? How did she know he was here? He gave a sigh and eventually moved to her table, sitting across from her. “Hey Cat... Answer me this.. How are you here right now?”
