i was going to give a very simple answer but as i kept going i realised is a bit longer than expected.

coconut oil once every other week. i usually spend the whole night with it on, it's quite messy but it's so worth it

keratin. this can be used in many ways, there's an special treatment, that's usually a bit expensive but it will leave your hair like you had never done anything harsh to it

you can also look for keratin conditioner, which basically replaces your regular conditioner after shampoo. just make sure to leave the keratin for a bit longer so it can penetrate the fibers of your hair 

try not to iron your hair

try not to wash your hair with really warm water. the colder the better

try not to wear it up if its still wet

don't wash it often, (once a week is ideal) natural hair oil is actually your friend, it helps your hair to fix itself.

as you can see i don't use any particular product like pantene or l'oreal, i like to stick to the natural stuff, i feel like it's way better and gives results way faster.
