I love Mobian Stone but especially all the implications for his relationships.
Shadow becomes like a horrifying cautionary tale. Shadow being on ice is a warning to Stone "We've done worse to more helpful mobians". The only other thing he (might not even know about) knows about like him is imprisoned by G.U.N. Seeing Shadow in the 3rd movie must be such a shock but also the immediate understanding between them about what G.U.N has done.
Sonic is like a kindred spirit gone wrong. For both of them they'd be the first contact with a mobian for a while. Maybe they'd look at eachother with hopes of understanding. Realising their own opposite sides must hurt, Stone torn between the obedience trained into him by G.U.N and the desperate desire for Sonic to never know what it's like to be caught by G.U.N. Then Sonic sends the doctor away to the mushroom planet- Stone's only true ally his only friend even and how could be feel anything but rage? He's been damned. Robotnik was his only chance at freedom from G.U.N.
I don't think it changes his relationship with Tails much. Knuckles on the other hand though I think he'd hate Knuckles more as a mobian. Part of him must think that being a mobian is part of why Robotnik keeps him. Stone offers the doctor something no one else can then Knuckles comes along and monopolises the doctors time and maybe he's more special than Stone even if this guy is an idiot.
I mean obviously it changes his relationship with the other agents at G.U.N. Resentment. Fear. Envy. Agent Wallaby defects because of G.U.N not controlling Sonic and co or disposing of them. I can only imagine what she thinks about a mobian in the organisation holding the same role as her. It changes his relationship with G.U.N as a whole I imagine there's a lot more resentment towards them but also fear and understanding. He is under their thumb and he has to play their game.
It definitely changes Gerald and him. I imagine Ivo having a close relationship with a stoic mobian isn't a reminder Gerald appreciates. I think it'd remind him of Maria and sour his relationship with Stone more. He's entirely too smart for his own good anyway.
I've buried the lead long enough it obviously changes his relationship with Robotnik and honestly maybe changes Robotnik. They bond over losing control of their lives, being left without connections to their families, feelings of otherness and isolation. A lot of the stuff like normal but I feel like Mobian Stone and Robotnik have a lot more in common when it comes to hating G.U.N and wanting a way out. I think that his relationship with Stone might even affect Robotnik's relationship with Sonic and co. Maybe the fear in Stone's eyes when he thinks about Sonic being dissected by a gleeful Dr Robotnik or used by G.U.N is enough to make him hesitate. Make him hold his tongue. Who knows. Of course he'd never admit it just like he'd never admit how he added all the steps around the lab to account for Stone being shorter.
