Curious if you have any favourite pumpkin recipes? I have been buying a ton at the farmer’s market lately, but I mostly make soup with them or put them in my oatmeal, and I’d love to try something new 🎃
I love that! I saw them on sale today and remembered this ask. I usually cook with canned pumpkin, and let the critters have my leftover decorations. However, I grew such a beautiful and delicious looking pumpkin last year, I had to find something to make. I don't have the exact recipe I used, but try looking up simmered kabocha! I think I made some more sweet, some more savory, and some unseasoned, but it was a delightful way to appreciate the texture and flavors 🧡🧡🧡🎃🧡🎃
Also this salad is one of my favorite fall recipes, and with the right prep I'd bet you could use a pumpkin.
