I got top surgery so here's some unexpected places to feel pain
Both of those are related to the bodies defense technique after a surgery. Your muscles are tensing up, restricting movement.
Ice, pain killers, and a comfortable position can help.
Because of those same tense muscles you will slouch. This causes additional pain to areas that are now under more pressure than usual.
This isn't unexpected but the cause is. When you get up out of a resting position or move your arms, anything that pectoral strength is needed for you will feel the pecs flex and that will cause more pain. (Odd feeling if you had much more boob than pec)
For this use your legs to get up and be mindful of how you're moving your arms. Ask for help.
This is hard. Be gentle. The pain will subside eventually. It will lesson within a couple days.
Don't mind the autism smile.
