今回、四季彩舎が出展している、PROJECTSブースについて、 『PROJECTS』は、各出展者が1組の作家を選出し展開する、ソロショーです。「アートフェア東京2017」では、12ブースが一列に軒を連ねます。「今、なぜ、その作家なのか。」若手作家や若手ギャラリーという枠組みではなく、今日の世界に向けた「新しさ」を発信するPROJECTS。美術館の展覧会等で既に知られた作家であっても、題材や素材の変遷か個性を「再発見」し、きっと新鮮な出会いが生まれるに違いありません。ジャンル・世代を超えた12組の作家の凝縮された世界観を見比べることができる注目のセクションです。 The Projects section was launched in 2011 attempting to introduce young Japanese art galleries. Since 2016, the section has adopted a solo-show format to present the works of individual either domestic or international artists.
