Okay, so I have this angel's name stuck in my head, but that's literally all I know about them. Does anyone know anything about an angel named Afiriel/Afieriel?

The name 'Afieriel' does strike a chord with me, I remember a female pres. angel that had long wildish red hair that looked like it was on fire, her eyes were yellow, and she wore gold or silver crystal plated armor and had a bow and sword. I know she had something between 4-10 wings that looked like a red tail hawk's, I believe she was a Power, but also a Seraph too? I remember she also had this form of a fire ball with five eyes, I think? I hope this strikes familiar.
This actually seems really familiar?? I think that’s the Afiriel/Afieriel I remember.
