I feel like science/STEM academia is so underrated. What if I want to act like I’m Newton and start experimenting in a house lost in the countryside ? What if I want to start reading Euclid’s Στοιχεία while sipping tea ? What if I fall into a rabbit-hole about the history of escape velocity or black holes ? That’s dark academia but science related. And for scientists, it’s so much easier to understand certain concepts or being able to do the proof of a formula by looking into the concept’s history. Sure, you’re learning a formula and you know how to use it. But who needed to find that formula ? Why ? Let’s unite humanities, science and art through our common love of knowledge and aesthetics, PLEASE
