Their healer used a very strange technique, that was for sure. Camellia was sitting on my shoulders, despite her age, and I was walking to the building where they said we would be allowed to stay.
"One A, One A, One A..." I said, looking for the building. I found it relatively quickly. It was large, and relatively unadorned with brown walls and many windows. I walked through the door, which was made of glass, to see several unfamiliar faces. There was a group of females sitting on the couch, and an ash-blond kid in the kitchen.
"I can't believe that refugee defeated us all in sparring without breaking a sweat. It scares me to think about what they were fighting." A black haired girl with a spiky ponytail said.
"Girl, don't worry! I bet that whatever the hell they fought won't come here!" A pink skinned girl said.
Then, a brown haired girl noticed me.
"Hi! You two must be some of the refugees!" She said, waving her hand.
I nodded. "My name is Jasmine. This little girl is my daughter, Camellia."
The girls all looked at my daughter, awe written on their faces.
"Hey, where are your bags?" A green haired girl asked.
I shrugged. "All we brought were the clothes we're wearing and the daggers strapped to my back. Arthur brought some beds in his dimensional rune, though."
They seemed a little confused. The ash blond answered.
"Must have been that tattoo he took the bandages out of." He said.
The girls all said different, "oh"s as I set Camellia down and went to sit on the couch.
"Mom, which room is ours?" She asked.
I shrugged. "They just said to take any room without a nametag."
She nodded and ran up the stairs to find a room.
The girls seemed surprised with my trust in my daughter.
"Anyways, what are your names.
They introduced themselves. The brown haired girl was Uraraka, the black haired girl went by Yaomomo, the green haired girl went by Tsu, the purple haired girl with strange attachments going down from her ears was Jiro, the pink girl was Ashido, and the girl who was somehow invisible was Hagakure. The ash blond in the back was called Bakugo.
"Anyways, what kind of powers do you have?" Ashido asked, a smile on her face. "Are you as powerful as Arthur?"
"I'm an augmenter with a specialty in wind." I said. "And no. Arthur has been stronger than me since he was my protégé. Took on a corrupted elderwood guardian and won."
They all seemed a little confused but even more curious.
"Excuse me, we were taught mana theory by Arthur, but he didn't tell us what an augmenter was." The Yaomomo said.
"Oh, it means I can use mana to augment my body, and that it's easier for me to use close range attacks compared to longe range ones." I explained. "A conjurer is someone who can't augment their body, but is amazing at long range attacks."
She nodded in content.
"Rib, excuse me, but what's an elderwood guardian?" Tsu asked.
I sighed. "A powerful S class mana beast. They're made of vines and foliage, and can alter their own body immensely. They use illusions to trap their prey. Lucky me, Arthur was there when we were betrayed by one of our party members and I was knocked unconcious. Using his beast's will, he easily killed it. He was twelve."
Ashido whistled in appreciation. "What's a beast's will?"
I sighed. "Ask him. He has a better understanding of it. Now, better question, anything or any one I should worry about?"
Jiro cleared her throat. "Mineta. He's a bitchy pervert. Steer yourself and your daughter clear of him. He's really short and got these purple balls on his head."
I nodded. "He does anything to my little girl, I'll slit his throat."
I heard an eep from behind, and looked to see the little purple creature. I already disliked him.
"Good. You heard me." I said, glaring at him.

I walked into the building with brother, Sylvie, and mother. Boo was staying outside. There, I saw Jasmine conversing with some other girls that seemed my age while a short kid with purple balls on his head sat in a corner, his face contorted in horror.
"Jasmine!" I shouted, raising my hand. My friend rose her hand. "Hey guys! You knkw, these kids are your age, Ellie!" She said.
Arthur and I smiled, while even mom had a small grin.
Immediately the dwarf shot up and kneeled next to me.
"Let-"
"Sorry, I'm gay." I immediately shut him down, causing him to go wide eyed.
The girls chuckled before realizing the implicatins of the words, "I'm gay".
"Don’t worry, I have a girlfriend." I told them, running up. Arthur and my mother's eyes widened ever so slightly.
"El, we didn't know... damn, looks like I don't need to keep the boys away after all." Arthur chuckled.
Mom sighed. "Well, at least you were honest."
I nodded. "Hey Jasmine, where's Camellia?"
Jasmine smiled as she realized what I meant. "Somewhere upstairs. Have fun."
I ran up to see my friend on the third floor, opening a random door.
"Perfect!" She whispered to herself.
"Camellia!" I shouted, running up to my friend.
"Ellie!" She shouted, giving me a hig hug.
My girlfriend and I talked for hours, mostly about how strange this world was and what we liked about it.
"I like the gardens I saw." She said. "They're cute."
I nodded. "The nature here is a bit suppressed."
Eventually, Jasmine came up, and they had to set up. I went with mother to set up our room. Arthur was supposedly with the other Lances, preparing a possible battle plan.
The next day, they had all the kids join in the classes, to help us assimilate to this world. I was with the 1A class, so was Camellia and a few other kids.
I sat next to a blond kid with a black lightning bolt symbol in his hair.
"Alright class, you know the refugees. They're going to be joining us for the forseeable future." The man at the front of the room, Mr. Aizawa, said. "Help them catch up with the lessons. For homeroom, just help them feel comfortable."
The blond turned to me, and looked me up and down. "You're Arthur’s sister? My name’s Kaminari." He asked, onviously curious.
I nodded. "I'm Ellie. The reason we look so different is because of an ability of Sylvie’s, which made him half dragon."
The man's eyes grew wide. "Dragon? There are dragons where you're from?" He asked, excited.
I nodded. "Sadly, they're one of our enemies."
He seemed a little disheartened at this. He then perked up. "I heard your ability uses something called, 'mana'. How does yours work?"
I sighed. "I'm a conjurer, and I specialize in using pure mana. My main attacks come from arrows I can make from it."
He nodded in excitement.
Aizawa then woke up, and he had us follow him to a training field. He wanted to see our abilities.
I fired off several arrows and made some other pure mana weapons.
Camellia conjured several wind blades, which were strong enough to cut some training dummies in two.
The third teenage refugee, Magal, created throwing weapons out of lava and destroyed several metallic machines.
He was satisfied with our abilities.
The next few weeks were hell, mostly because I had to learn how to read their language. It was hard at first, but I learnt eventually. Then, the alarm went off while Camellia and I were with Kaminari and his friends, who called themselves the 'Bakusquad'.
"Students, evacuate to the bunkers. There is a group of two thousand men and woman, who have been identified as Alacryan. They are battling in the city, and have killed several pro heroes." The electronic speaker said.
"I wonder who died. Hope it wasn't mom." Kaminari pondered aloud.
Once we entered the bunker, we waited. There was a lot of confused shouting, mainly to how they got such a large group into the city. Suddenly, a flash of purple light shut us up.
Regis was at the door in his human form, which he recently unlocked. He looked like what you could say was an 'emo kid', but was still respected.
"The lot of you, shut it!" He shouted. "Alacryans are no joke! You may lose family, you may lose a friend, who knows? Maybe you'll lose your life if you all don't shut the fuck up!"
We were all quiet after that.
"Tch, we should be out there, fighting." Bakugo hissed quietly.
"I heard that, My Chemical Bromance." He said, referring to an old band from this world. "Trust me, they would rip you to shreds."
I wrapped my arms around Camellia, worried.
Denki Kaminari
I watched the door with baited breath, sword in hand. If they got through, there would be a blood bath.
Jiro stood behind me, her jacks plugged into the floor. Several of the refugees' eyes widened, and they prepared their attacks.
"Hostiles. Over a hundred." She said. "Fifty feet, twenty feet, ten-"
The door blew open, and immediately attack after attack fired. I waited for a few of the adults to rush out before I did so myself. I sliced and hacked at anyone that got too close, electrifying my sword.
"Ah! Stay away!" I shouted, shuffling back and spilling an Alacryan's guts.
"Kami, your six!" Jiro shouted from somewhere. I twisted my body and chopped at their body. An energy shield blocked my attack.
"Shit." I said, dodging the energy claws they produced.
I dodged all their attacks, and was finally able to impale them with my sword.
A pressure gripped me before I could take my sword out. I felt as if I was facing ten Nomu at once, while naked.
I craned my neck up to what seemed to be the source of the pressure. Arthur descended from the top of the bunker, a calm face. I took the moment to realize the Alacryans had all soiled themselves, and more of them were on the ground than we were.
"I warned you." He simply said. "Regis, why didn't you just slaughter them?"
The emo boy came out of the crowd and shrugged. "Little focused on making sure my betrothed wasn't here."
Arthur pinched the bridge of his nose. "For the last time, no, she probably would never be sent to battle an cannonfodder. Agrona is probably experimenting on her."
Regis shrugged. "Well then, kill away."
With a flash of purple lightning, the pressure was gone, and where the Alacryans just were, I saw many, many puddles of blood on the ground.
The pressure dissappeared.
I immediately shouted for Jiro.
"Kami!" I heard to my left.
I looked, not knowing what I was expecting.
She was pale, and covered in blood. Her hair was all over the place, and an arrow was sticking out of her leg. What worried me most though, was the fact that her left jack was gone.
"Jiro?" I said in worry.

My brother kept looking, making sure I was uninjured.
"I'm fine, you know." I sighed as he again used aether to check.
"Can never be too careful." He said, then sighing. "You're good. No injury."
I looked to Camellia, who was helping Kaminari and Jiro, as Jiro had been injured.
I then looked to the Twin Horns, who were all supporting Durden for some reason. Both me and my brother's eyes widened when we saw them dragging him along, his feet limp on the ground.
Angela, Helen and Jasmine were all teary. Arthur had a grimace at this new development.
I then looked at Tessia, who was being held by commander Virion. Both were crying, and I looked to see Tessia missing an arm.
"Arthur, look." I said, choking the words iut.
My brother looked to his lover, and the grimace turned to a look of disbelief. With a flash of lightning, he was next to him. I ran over as well.
"I wasn't fast enough..." I heard him hiss, taking Tessia in his arms.
"N-no, don't blame yourself." Tessia sobbed.
"But if I hadn't gone to the city-" He was cut off by her.
"Shut up! It isn't your fault! This is war!" She shouted. "Nothing is a garuntee!"
My eyes widened at how mature she was acting. Even the commander seemed to be surprised.
"You're incapacitated. First losing your mana core, now your arm, I can't let you fight anymore." Arthur said, stroking Tessia's hair ever so gently.
"I know." She responded. "I'll stay away from the fighting."
I then ran to the Twin Horns, and watched as they let Durden's body down. Helen sighed before letting out a few choked sobs. Angela was pouring tears, and even Jasmine let a few shed.
"They'll pay." She growled. "I'll maks them pay myself." She growled.
I nodded. "Agrona made the wrong enemies."
