this happened to me once but i think it was a result of me accidentally disabling my CC and then loading the neighborhood. As for the notification bubble, click on the traits mask and make sure notifications are turned ON under i think "options" or something like that (this is vixsims on main btw!)
yep, this is exactly what happened and i didnt think about it bc i was testing cc and offworld as a subhood so id taken out all the cc and junk to do so. RIP

Awesome! Have you thought about assigning traits to particular interests? Like high interest in Environment could be Eco-friendly, interest in work = workaholic, interest in travel = adventurous, etc?
Many people suggested the same thing. I think I’ll look into it. It will just take some time to think about which traits for which interests.
