“Hello to you too, noona.” He mused, gnawing on the corner of his bottom lip in the attempt to hide the grin that her confession sparked on his features – she didn’t need to say it for him to figure it out, but he did appreciate the honesty, even if the sparkle in her eyes and redness in her cheeks were a dead giveaway (along with the way she seemed to sway in her spot, making him worry for her ability to as much as stand. He scurried behind her, hands settling onto her shoulders as he guided her inside, carefully, and towards the nearest armchair (thank goodness for the amount of furnishing in the living!)
“I’m a little disappointed, to be quite honest, you have a wild night out and I’m not invited? C’mon, I thought we were friends!” He teased, hopping up on the armrest, next to her, though he was watching her with the intensity of a mother hen, to make sure she was alright. “How about that… I’ll make you something to eat – I can’t guarantee a gourmet meal, but I can only do so much – see if you feel a little better afterwards? I’m looking forward for tomorrow’s hangover.”

“I don’t blame you for not missing that asshole. I saw him appear on one of my SNS feeds and I just about barfed.” The memory of his face making her even now, feel like she was going to throw up. “We should go find your glockenspiel and I’ll go buy one, then we can make our own unit group.” Erin winked at her, offering out her hand to the younger girl. “No more thinking about him, only this beautiful tinny sounding instrument, okay?”
Of all the people that could appear in her mind, why him? Sure, at one point he may have been her entire world, but reality was something that didn’t hesitate to crash down on her little fantasy. Erin was right, he was an asshole. Too bad she was too nice to actually expose his true colours to the public. “I let Wendy borrow my glockenspiel... so we all know what that means.” To give herself a tough appearance she rolled her sleeves up, the cotton hitting her elbows as the fabric ruffled up. It was the typical move someone would do if they were about to fight, even if that wasn’t her true intentions. “I must fight for it! Kidding, we should probably just go buy two. That means we need stickers too, gotta personalize it, right?” Her brows knitted together, an imaginary thinking cap floating on the top of her head. The first unit name that came to her mind did have some shade throwing behind it, but it was up to the elder if she could catch that energetic was just a fill in for dynamic. “We can be the energetic duo.”
