Well, yours is easier. Lightning is foudre or éclair, and the French pronunciation of Lightning has an "e" at the end, so it's "Lightninge".

Then again, if someone who's not familiar with French makes that mistake, or a French speaker mispronounces Noel's name... Also, for Cloud's name to be pronounced correctly in French it would have to be changed to "Clad", because how is normally written in French would be read as "Clood". Hehe... "Clood".
