I tried making Rik one of the children's recipes Aeri from Aeri's kitchen uploaded recently. Her Crab Stick Fritters. Sadly they were so tasty we couldn't stop ourselves from eating them all... here's the sole survivor. I made a few changes. Ham instead of crab; also halved the amount of salt as well. A little more carrot. And used a combination of plan flour and tempura mix. I did need to add a little water to get it to the consistency in the video. But, these tasted amazing!
