wow. some people just listen to rhe music, don’t know the history or culture. yes, i love the monkees, but that show is not what the 60s was like. it is 60s big time rush. it is a satire. the 60s was the civil rights movement. psychedelia. counterculture. tch. fckn new agers at it again.

you can’t outdo a musicologist on music genres

i spend my time looking in to genres that dont even exist. for example, mod noir. think spy jazz meets jazz noir meets superman big band jazz. it started out when i was looking throufh polish music, and i noticed a stylistic trend. i noticed that modern jazz, especially spy jazz, is very prevalent in polish 60s/70s music. fycking cool.
