Just spent three days in Dallas at the CMS Advanced Course. Not just a bunch of people sitting around tasting wine all day, although there were a lot of people sitting and tasting wine for extended periods of time during the day. But also, many serious seminars on service, hospitality, blind tasting skills, the business of running a beverage program and other aspects of #sommlife with 30 Masters leading the charge.
