A regular at work told me I had really nice teeth and a pretty smile and I almost cried

So I got my upper retainers and my lower refinements yesterday, my top teeth feel SO weird without buttons on them, but I’m SO happy, like I have straight teeth and that’s something I NEVER thought would happen

FINALLY got an appointment to approve my clincheck for my refinements nearly 10 weeks after impressions were sent away

i got impressions done 8 f'n weeks ago for my refinements and since i hadn't heard anything i called my ortho an they said they would call me back that day (this was friday) they never called back. And this is why i cant stand my ortho. They cancel appointments and only move half of them around and never tell me and i have to commute to them so its a huge pain and now i have to call them back again on Monday bc i i wanna be fuckin done already. But no. I have to wait till my new clincheck comes in, then ok it then wait even longer for trays and I wanna be done I cannot stress how badly I wanna be done an finally not hate my smile common people

Getting impressions done fucking sucks dude.

I have like.. a week to decide if I want refinements or not, and I honestly don't know. I have such a love hate relationship with my smile right now. Sometimes I love how straight my teeth are, sometimes I hate how they aren't PERFECT. I want refinements, but I don't want a million more. Ugh. I just wanna be done, but I want them as perfect as I can get them.
