Work stuffs
So, I've been in lots of pain lately: knees and ankles. I figured that it might be the walking I do on adset at work. So I got a pedometer.... In one shift at work I walk 3.62 miles, and I'm expected to get the entire store done in 2 1/2 hours (rarely do).... Keep in mind dress shoes and concrete floor.
No wonder my joints hurt, that's a lot of walking in terrible shoes, on an unforgiving floor.
Note to self: get better shoes.
