Render Blues
Editing videos is great fun... from figuring out what music to use, to setting aside the footage that you want to include to fiddling around with the effects and letting your creativity run free! Everything about it is fun... except when it comes to the last part of the video editing... RENDERING! (Or as we used to call it back in our video production days... nap time, PS2 time, or BORED time...) About 6 hrs wait time, plus the hours fine-tuning inbetween renders. I've spent about 1 1/2 days now trying to figure out why the final file isn't up to spec. ZOMG someone shoot me! Although, all modesty aside, the end result is usually cool... it's getting there that's really greusome. And to think we have another video we have to prepare for the Ad Congress... whooooo. And now... Another hour to go... time to kill some, er, time. Hehe. ...
