WE OPENED TODAY! at 4 PM EST we opened for IC interactions and it’s been beautiful, truly, to see everyone’s muses come into the manor and their reactions to things. my personal highlight was when Kaden and Madison were talking about the rules, and he said something along the lines of “the demon in the basement is going to come out and get you” which...  hammer, meet nail. And everyone who mentioned the pre opening event... chef kiss.

WANTED CONNECTIONS ( +3 ) HAVE BEEN OPENED ! and we have gotten some! I will be sure to update this first thing in the morning again if any come in while I’m sleeping. This also means you can send in an app and apply for one of the wanted connections listed which would be really cool to see!

As promised, december 28th I will also be releasing an option to apply for staff of the manor if you don’t want to be involved in a subplot or wait until one gets posted. I am still, and always will be, accepting requests or suggestions for subplots because I absolutely love hearing everyone’s thoughts.

The discord server will be posted tomorrow, it is all organized but I had a friend help me so there are some things I need to clean out. Plus, I have already done our GMT angels dirty enough by opening wanted connections in the middle of the night.

There are some IMs that I need to answer but I have given myself the day off to just enjoy opening and watch everything unfold, i promise tomorrow I will be much more on my a-game.

I have noticed a couple of people followed the @manorads​ because i realize the main is following them but really if you don’t want to see the queued promos you do not have to follow that account! I apologize for that it’s entirely my fault and it will be kicked up to promoting again tomorrow!

Tomorrow, first thing I want to get done is the tour page / manor facts to give everyone an idea of what the manor looks like / how it behaves. I know a couple of people have asked in IMs about it and I’ve given very vague descriptions but tomorrow’s job is finishing that and getting it up for everyone! -- speaking of, rooms can have anywhere from 1 to 4 beds so your muse may have a room mate if you choose.

—PAGE 1: Edit name by double clicking on Perdita's name. It will bring up the drawing box, and you can edit to your own.

—PAGE 2: For images, right click > replace image to add your own. They are size 200xWhatever, meaning it will crop to the height. All headings/ subtitles can be edited by again double clicking to bring up the drawing edit tool, then changing the text within the text box.

—PAGES 3-5: Headings are edited using the drawing tool and paragraphs are plain text.

—PAGE 6: Heading and subtitle poem can be edited as the other headings — by double clicking and bringing up the drawing tool. You'll probably want to create your own version of the rectangle graphic because they have Perdita's face LOL. Don't worry — it's quite easy! The PSD file is located within the folder, and your own images can be added using clipping masks (add image on top of black rectangle you want to fill > right click on layer > create clipping mask). The grainy look in my edits can be achieved by merging all layers and adding a layer of motion blur, then a layer of noise on top (both located in the filters dropdown) and changing opacity as needed. When you're done, right click on Perdita's graphic > Replace Image.
