Hey, guys! It’s been a while, hasn’t it?

Firstly, I want to apologise for having dropped off from the face of the Earth seemingly out of nowhere. (I’m not really sure if anyone missed me, though.) But for anyone who is interested, I have a few updates on how I’ve been doing, and why I’m most likely going to continue being inactive.

I’ve graduated high school! Woohoo!! But now that I’ve graduated, that means that the day I leave for college is approaching faster than ever, and that also means leaving my friends and boyfriend behind. So I’ve been spending time with my irl friends as much as I can.

I’ve been focusing on art. As some of you may know, I’ll be going into art school where I will be majoring in Animation. This summer I’m going to be opening up commissions in order to get myself out there more—but that also means less time to work on scenario fics.

I’ve been losing interest. This is the main reason, unfortunately—and I’m really sorry to have to say this. It sounds a bit silly, but I was in a pretty bad place mentally before, and these scenario fics really helped me cope. But now, I’ve pulled out of my depression with the help of my friends and of course, my boyfriend. When I’m with him I feel so loved and appreciated and... I don’t need to rely on fantasy anymore. (If you guys want to hear me gush about him feel free to message me HAHA we’re honestly exactly like a fanfiction)

So, there you have it!! Thank you for sticking with me for this bumpy ride. It’s been amazing. This is not to say that I’ll be gone forever; I’m still gonna be hanging around! Feel free to chat with me any time! You can also find me on Line and on Skype as RubySmiley!

Oh gosh, we’re so sorry for leaving you guys hanging like that! D: Truth be told, both Mod Zenith and I are super busy right now because of AP testing (RIP) but we’ll be right back as soon as they’re over! So, yeah, we’re gonna be on hold for about a few more weeks. Sorry!

Hey, everyone! I’m sorry I left you guys hanging for so long. But some good news: the medication is finally working! The side-effects aren’t bothering me as much as they used to (although I am still falling asleep practically everywhere) but I’m happier and feeling quite good!

I know I don’t talk about stuff like this much, because I don’t want to make a huge deal out of it, but...

I was diagnosed with depression the other day (nice thing to accompany  anxiety amirite) and will be starting medication today! However the medication is probably going to produce some side effects like mood swings and nausea for a couple of weeks so I’m going to take some time off the blog (I’m really inactive here anyway, haha... so I suppose it won’t really make much of a difference) as I’m recovering! ;v; I need the extra time to try and focus on my schoolwork since I’ve been having some problems with school during the past few weeks because of a major depressive episode.
