Bloomer: I have to admit, this baby thing hasn’t been that bad. We’ve gotten way more sleep than we had planned

Adley: Well me and Fuifui are always around to help. I love that we get all this precious time with Firuzeh. It takes a village. I remember with you I was disconnected from family and was very burdened  with raising you. It made all the difference to reconnect with my mom and dad.

Bloomer: Oh, yeah. I hadn’t planned on coming back but I’m sure glad we did.

Bloomer: Mom be real with me? Why does Uncle Vlad call us bloodsuckers? 

Adley: oh you know him dear, he is hard to pin...he just does things like that. Here buddy mold this clay. 

Bloomer: Fine I’ll take the clay. I’m sick of the lies we are different, Mom. I asked you to be real and you won’t so I’ll figure it out myself.

Adley: Buddy what makes you think we are different.

The talk

Most parents are scared of “the” talk but “the” talk for us is about their true origin. I’m sure the boys had seen us in dark form a time or two but they never asked and must have been extremely young but now Bloomer has so many questions. Bloomer’s birthday is soon and I had planned on telling him then but I can’t keep him in the dark any longer. My little Pups are ready.

Vlad: (low chuckle) sort of but being a creature of the night you can’t fully let up your tune but an Adagio is necessary. 

Adlley: I just turned my mother into a vamp and am creating a strong family of vampires I’m not sure how to slow down at this point. Any recommendations?
