Executive dysfunction, over and understimulation hits at the most unpredictable of times. I could be so excitedly doing something and the next moment I feel drained. Before being diagnosed with ADHD I would just blame it on stress or being lazy (or PMS😂) despite knowing at the back of my mind that I was definitely not stressed at that time. And I really wanted to do that thing but just can’t muster the motivation. I had enough sleep, I ate well, I’m not dehydrated. Why?! When I try to reach out, people usually ask me what’s wrong and I always just pause and make up a generic answer because how do you explain to someone I feel like crap for no reason?😅 Probably need to hire an exorcist🤔.
