[Sure there was an event tonight, and sure if Lyla had any true interest in participating in such an event she would have made Gwen come with her -- but she figured her time could be better well spend, and she wasn’t going to very well ask Gwen to come dirt digging in the middle of the night like this! She probably had some sort of date anyway ♪.]

[Lips pursed, the pink haired young woman brushed her hair behind her ear for the third time that evening - until she simply decided to pull her hair up into a high ponytail with her spare lavender hair tie.] 

[Okay so she’d tried tricks before, and they’ve worked mind you! Not saying this didn’t work, because it totally worked. But unfortunately after the thrill of it succeeding -- she found herself stuck. She’d never been to Fenith before! How was she suppose to know she was going to get herself trapped?]

[Swims around the small pool of water beside the blacksmiths, well at least she was a good 50 foot drop from the blacksmiths. Who on earth puts a pond in down a ladder!? There was no way she was going to be able to get back to the ocean from here, at least not until another good high tide -- and even then it’d still be a risk!]

… ? [Notices the girl from a distance, watching as she sighs and sits down.  Though he had been heading in the other direction, Aden decides to cheerfully approach the stranger]

Hey… you alright there, Miss~?

[Playing with a grass blade she had plucked, she looks up at the sound of the voice, eyes a bit widened at the thought of the stranger catching her playing with the grass blade as she lets i drop from her fingers and onto her knee]

Lyla couldn’t help her growing concern.

She’d been a little careless on her last trip to Fenith Island, and although the week time frame hadn’t yet expired -- she was beginning to have a sense of upcoming stress simply on the thought. Entrusting someone she’d just met with such an important task, she wasn’t sure where her mind had been at that moment. But from time to time she can remember the smile that the young man had worn, and how it made it almost hard to trust him.

She had to trust her previous choice, for there wasn’t much she could do about it now. There was a sigh that escaped her lips as she continued watering her flower garden outside the shop.

[Grabs a sweater from his closet, quickly slipping it on before taking one last look around his house to make sure he had not forgotten to clean anything up after making himself lunch]  Oops… [Picks up an empty glass that he had forgotten on the table, putting it away before walking towards the door]

… [Opens the door to his house and is about to step outside, when a familiar face suddenly falls backwards] — ! [He is able to catch her just in time, looking down at the woman in his arms with a tilt of his head] V-Violet?  What on earth were you doing?

---! *Violet squeaks as she suddenly finds herself falling backwards. She isn't able to catch herself, so she braces for the impact of the floor, closing her eyes as she does so. But then she feels herself being caught and her tensed up body relaxes in this person's arms as her eyes flutter open.*

*This person is Aden. Of course!* Uhm--! *Suddenly, she feels tense all over again but for an entirely different reason. They're so close. The petite girl quickly finds her way out of his arms and she backs away towards the entrance she just fell through.* I-I...

  [A long, pent up sigh escaped from the young man's lips; work on Fenith was fine he supposed, though it usually resulted in him taking the first boat ride available at dawn and never getting back home until long after dusk.] [Adjusts his bag over his shoulder as he walks up the road from the beach, staring intently down at his small handheld notebook.]

  ... ... -- ? [Ears perk up from jotting notes down as the sounds of seemingly childish laughter rings through the air -- causing Phillip to look upward in the direction of it.]

    Fenith, sort of a weird place if you had to ask the young woman. She couldn't fathom on how Gina couldn't have simply made the trip there herself, but since she had the need to talk to such a Miss Violet herself-- and she suppose running a few errands for her friend would just simply allow her to take in the sights of the town a bit more.

  The woman pursed her lips, walking along side the cobblestone path beside the docks while gazing down at her palm. Alright so she wasn't the best with directions-- and she did at least wish they had a portable map of the island rather then having her write down a horrific sketch of the one at the inn on her hand. Burgundy eyes narrowed, examining her own quickly written drawings with a keen eye-- before dropping it to her side and sighing openly.

  "-- ?" She soon caught noise of something coming from the docks, and after examining over the few people there she noticed a young man-- whom looked to be having quite the hard time fishing? Lyla could only blink at the strange situation, watching him struggle for a moment before raising a brow.
