SUNDAY 5th JULY

All the way through my life I have only very very rarely been able to remember any dreams I had at night – maybe once every six or eight months if I got woken in mid-dream. My natural rhythm was to go to sleep quickly and wake up slowly, so I guess I rarely woke up during the dreamy bit.

Indians In Moscow ‎– Jack Pelter And His Sex-Change Chicken (1983)

The attendant image with this is of the woman who fronted - how apt - the group, Adele Nozedar.  She was the kind of woman who you could see coming around a corner two minutes before she got there.  The recording studio she opened in Wales was called Twin Peaks; this was not a David Lynch reference.

I think the gag was they were originally called Red Indians In Moscow, but I can't find any current references to that and suspect it's merely my own addled memory of the time.  This record was pressed on 12" clear vinyl with a yellow label for a limited run of 2000. Eggsciting, no?
