Okay but like...here’s the thing tho. There is a real issue with Spaniards trying to claim they’re Latinos or getting cast in things as Latinos. Spaniards are Hispanic, not Latinos. Same thing with Brazilians.
I don’t know much about Ana and don’t have time to research now but if she is Spanish then she isn’t Latino. You can be white and be Latino. You can be Asian and be Latino. You can be black and be Latino. All those things are true. When are you not a Latino? You’re not Latino if you were born and raised in Spain or Brazil. In that case you’re Hispanic which is different.
Bottom line is: Not all Hispanics are Latinos but all Latinos are Hispanics.
