How to show a widget only on home page or on particular pages in wordpress?

If you want to show a particular widget only on home page or only on some pages or only on some posts, you need to use the widget logic plugin. What this plugin does is it adds a small text area box for each widget and you can mention the conditions there to display that particular widget on any particular page or pages or posts.
