Before I take my meds: y’all better watch out I’m about to be unstoppable
After I take my meds:
Oall Hates - Adderol (2020)
Just had my first appointment with the psychiatrist, and I really like her! She listened to me about the problems I was having with my adhd and depression/anxiety, and the problems I’d had with my last doctor and the medication he had me on. And she came to the same conclusion I had back then, which is to do short acting versions twice a day instead of one big extended release that doesn’t quite cover my whole shift.
I’m starting today on adderol and Prozac, and we’ll see how that does until I see her again in a month.
I’m so excited to have some control over my brain again!

1 addy a day keeps the demons away
sort through the shady shit you’ve done
piles of nothing to apologize for
holes in excuses and hand me downs

ADD/ ADHD
I wish people had a better understanding of people who have ADD or ADHD. We can’t control it. Studying for a test is a task, homework assignments that take others 20 minutes take me an hour, I can’t keep friends because I’m different, I can never focus, I never make any sense, people are embarrassed by me, I am teased because I am not as smart as everyone else.
I wish I had someone to vent to about the battle. It’s not fair.
