It is a reflection of our goal to maintain the stronghold, and control the funnel of black athletes in America. These are our means of controlling power in “our NBA”. We integrated you in, is that not enough? You can’t just make me money and stay away? Win me championship and I’ll reward, cause no stir with the color of your skin. It’s not personal it’s just business, your skin is not directly good for business. It’s why we are reluctant to hire you as coaches in large numbers, we must remain in control. That is our last line of defense, you can’t have full ownership or full integration, just revenue generation for my kids and their kids and my future generations.  I only associate with blacks and black athletes on any accord because I own them, and their contracts. They can make me money. But they can never be presented as my equal in my presence. I won’t call them niggers, because I am not a racist.  Many owners my color feel the same way and share my same sentiment behind closed doors. If we could, we would pay them less to make us more. We owners are at times a reflection of our fans. Black people can entertain us; make us joyful or happy. We will wear their jerseys… We can fill streets due to their hard earned victories. They work for us; we can call the opposing black players “niggers” because they’re different. Their jerseys are different… They are not on my team.  We are the new master’s. We work like the “Wizard of OZ”, we owners each paving new financial yellow brick roads laid by black players in baseball, basketball, and football etc. for own future generation’s entertainment.. So, in essence, all I was asking is that you don’t “Bring the Help” or those that look like the “The Help” around me.  “As a Black American and fan, I am deeply concerned at the passiveness of the African American players and the media. “The Powers That Be” are desperately trying to sell you on the beauty of their WHITE OWNED NBA and PLAYOFFS and the Los Angeles Clippers net worth of $575 Million dollars and the NBA Billions. They want your passive passionate courtesy of not making any waves, just “play basketball” for US. And be quite. We’ll pay you.  As a young black man in 2014. The new racism is so acceptable by so many. I’m watching my black athletes make political statements that make white people comfortable out of financial fear. I’m watching white men wear jerseys of black players, but freely call opposing players “niggers and coons and monkeys”. Don’t debate me on this one, I’ve been on the field and been called nigger in high school and college. I’ve been to tailgates and angry drunken whites have spewed “Monkey & Nigger” out of their mouths because they’re predominately “Black Team” lost.. Many professional black athletes go through it as well. No other athlete is as venerable to American Racism as in American Sports. I’ve been to the tailgates when some white folks get to drinking and hear this shit that comes out of the mouth of so-called patriotic Americans. Sadly, they are saying these things again donning a BLACK MANs jersey. In closing, to the African American in the NBA, it is time to make a historical statement to EVERY owner with a SLAVE OWNER MENTALITY! Remember this NFL as they police you on the field NEXT YEAR! My African American Men, My African American Negroes, and My Black Americans. Understand the thought process of Adam Sterling is no incident or happen stance, but a deep intrapersonal view of white men like him, in power like him. It goes as high as the highest level of power; hence our African American President of the United States of American.
