mob psycho is agonizingly beautiful. mob’s conviction to live life purposefully and intentionally. to not half ass anything. even if it’s something as trivial as costumes for the cultural fair. he puts forth his best effort to make it special. he refuses to live life in the background anymore. he is an active participant in life. he is the PROTAGONIST of his own life. full of thought and wonder. making his feelings known. holding kindness close. BELIEVING in the good in others. shigeo kageyama is a wonderful soul. a light in this world. his way of walking through life is inspiring. i strive to be more like mob every day.

I ought to go and refine my old homebrew stuff. Some of it was bad, but that's fine. It's part of the learning process.

shigeo kageyama fills me with so many emotions. that boy has poured every bit of himself into building and leading a fulfilling life that is true to himself and joyful. it hasn’t been easy. he’s struggled along the way. there have been set backs. but he comes back from them. today’s set back is absolutely devastating. i am crying with him. i don’t fault him in the least for losing control because he carries a terrible burden of containing a power so great that no one can fully comprehend. it’s not his fault. his community has witnessed his efforts and knows that this isn’t mob. mob is kindness, not destruction. i hope mob knows that his life is still his own. he can come back from this. a set back doesn’t erase all your progress. growth isn’t linear.
