Extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar are used to make a dressing that tastes great and is also good for you.
Ingredients: 2 cups spinach leaves. 1/2 avocado, sliced. 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds. 1/4 cup almonds, sliced. 1/4 cup olives, sliced. 1/4 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine spinach leaves, avocado slices, pumpkin seeds, almonds, olives, and shredded chicken breast.
