1) things that inspire you - i can’t come up with a good answer for this. i don’t know, man. i don’t think there’s anything specific that consistently gets me thinking. sometimes i just think of one moment and i write that and let the rest spiral from there. sometimes i use imagine-your-otp type shit. idk!!!!

14) easiest character to write - the easiest character for me to write was mickey milkovich, which makes me sad, because like, when am i going to get back to that level of ease with a new character? ronan is pretty easy to write also. and i’ll be sad for the rest of my life that twolf was a thing before i got really confident and comfortable with my writing because my stiles would have been fucking PERFECT. technically i wrote two short stiles pov fics but i mean like... i wish i could be writing stiles NOW u know.

26) story you’re most proud of - okay i have a few for this. first is a carmilla fic, for the moment i know this. i wrote this fic in one sitting the night before the last episode of season one and posted it without editing, which was an entirely new experience, and more than that, i did a ton of frantic, wild researching to find philosophy quotes that made sense, and it was really stressful and different from anything i’d written before and i think i did a really good job.

i have to acknowledge the rule of thumb don’t apply anymore/i haven’t known you for a lifetime, my shameless series, because it’s the longest thing i ever wrote and had a real plot and i wrote in multiple points of view and it was big and scary and felt great.

i’m so, so, so proud of my star wars fic, there’s a million things i haven’t done, because it’s the first time i sat down and let myself write out of order and really got experimental and mixed plot and vague fluffy imagery bullshit in a way that was cohesive. i don’t know what made me decide to write that way but it’s how i’ve written everything i’ve written since and it’s made a major difference in my writing process and style and confidence.

because of that i’m also very proud of all of my the raven cycle fic, especially the adam pov one, but then i felt your touch, because i didn’t get adam at ALL the first time i read the series, and then i reread and i think i did a great job of capturing his voice.

30) hardest part of writing - characterization is so hard!!!!! also getting started is so hard. starting the whole story and starting specific scenes. also coming up with an ending!!!!! i usually just give up and stop and then someone has to push me to add more lmao.
