Mobile Movie of the Week: “CLIMATE OVERPOP CHANGE” In “Climate Overpop Change” Italian director Francesca Perpetuini (@francescaperp) uses a tsunami of digital photos to symbolize the threat of overpopulation. A flashing digital alert—”iPhone Storage Full”—and a cacophony of voices serve as a call to action on climate change. The one-minute video is a finalist in the 2019 Mobile Film Festival “Act Now on Climate Change” annual event. Based in France, MFF’s slogan is “1 Mobile, 1 Minute, 1 Film.” This year @mobilefilmfest received more than 800 entries. The editor of MobileMovieMaking have chosen “Climate Overpop Change” as the Mobile Movie of the Week.
