gonna take an official break from this side - if not all sides of tumblr. hope its just for the weekend, but we will see. my schedule for next week is pretty slammed if I'm honest and i might be changing my psych meds so that may affect my mood even further.

So haven't made an official announcement but this weekend there's a local convention that I volunteered to help at part-time. My shift is afternoon hours so I have the first half of morning tomorrow to enjoy the con before working then sunday it's the full day.

I'm broke as hell so it's more just so I can see fun anime stuff and interact with people with similar interests but that's more than nothing so I'm still hoping to have fun, and I'm also really happy to help a good cause too, so I'm genuinely excited about the volunteer portion as well.

Hey yall, I'm going to be honest. I think I'm going to step back from roleplay for a bit. My brain just isn't in it right now.

If you've been following my ooc shenanigans, you're well aware that I'm going on four weeks now of not being able to really eat. I'm barely able to manage fluids. I'm also in a lot of pain that just won't go away. And all in all this is taking a toll on my mental health as well. Focusing on anything has been a pain and writing just isnt happening.

I apologize and will likely continue posting ooc chatter, but any writing will be on the wayside for a bit until my body can get a fucking grip.

   Just wanted to throw out an official update about my current activity status. 

   I’m currently working two jobs. My main job is EMS where I work 24-hr shifts. Depending on call flow, I can work on writing during these hours. When I’m not there, I’m working part time at the library and am now working almost every day.

   Meanwhile, I am continuing to keep an eye on my health. I’ve been seizure free for at least a week or two now, but i have other problems trying to rear their head so that has been affecting my brain and my writing.

By the way, I'm not sure if it was clear to everyone but I did get hired to a new job. And alas having a job means I have to go to work lmaooo. I'm finished with orientation and start 12-hour shifts tomorrow.

I have five morning shifts, 3 this week and 2 next week before I then move to my regular overnight shift (7 to 7:30, no matter morning or night hours). As of right now I don't have specific days on or off and my schedule has absolutely NO pattern and is all over the place until at least July. I'm hoping this will change once I get out of probation.

But unfortunately, I have come to the horrible realization that mixing 12-hr shifts and the need to have a complete 8-hrs of sleep for my meds to sleep-out of my system will mean on multi work days in a row, I will have to basically come home and roll right into bed pfft. So I'll do my best to inform you all when I'm working during a week and how many days to expect, but other than some minor lurking on breaks and maybe 30 minutes cool down time at home - I will not be around on my work days <3

Wednesday, November 27th I'm getting cubital tunnel release surgery on my left arm to hopefully get feeling back into my left hand, or at the very least hinder further nerve damage and muscle atrophy.

It goes without saying that this will put me out of commission for the foreseeable future. While it barely matters for being on the computer - I inform you that I'm left handed so this entire ordeal will be a hot mess of epic proportions. I will be exhausted and probably frustrated as I don't heal very fast and I get cranky about it. So bear with me and maybe give me good wishes on my recovery - I think I'm gonna need it.

Okay everyone, tomorrow (Wednesday, November 27th) is my cubital tunnel release surgery on my left arm. I've mentioned before that this will likely put me out of commission for the foreseeable future as I will not be able to use my arm much.

By the time I recover from this surgery, I will be having my cholecystectomy on December 16th where I will be yet again down for the count for an unknown amount of time.

     Hello everyone, new and old followers alike - this is just a small little thing to officially update yinz that I’m currently Struggling™ with my health. 

Presently, I am sick & miserable af due to either a cold or severe seasonal allergies (i’m not sure which). And on the mental aspect, I’m overdue for an adjustment to my meds & psych eval, but I don’t get insurance until the end of this month soooo I’ve generally been struggling with my mental stability super hard this month. We’re hitting the holidays so it comes with lots of trauma recovery, stress and seasonal depression meets poorly treated bi-po. So bear with me.
