I think SM is the best company when it comes to choose the people to put in their groups.
I mean, look at the group's still active even after different scandal or departure.

Super junior: 15 years.
Girls generation: 13 years.
Shinee: 12 years.
EXO: 8 years.
F(X): 7 years.
Rex Velvet: 6 years.
NCT: 4 years.
I mean all of them over the years and after some of them took the decision to not renew with the company, they stuck together.
They still says kind word about their group mates and support eachother.
I know that not everyone is close with one another but they found a way to surpass their differences and work better than other groups.
I think the merit should be given to SM and their capacity to put the member together.
They choose the right people to form good teams that works beautifully and that can took the group forward for years.
