Drop Pop CandyĀ is the best song to put makeup on, tbh
I think the main problem is that it seems silly to have it confined to who YOU choose. Like why not just pitch the idea of acnlnet and let anyone post and just find people on their own? It's restrictive and quite frankly pointless to have one person 'accepting' people into it. It's basically like making a big ol acnl frat.
This is getting silly now.
The structure youāre talking about it more of a help blog, kinda like acnl-help-depot or ac-trade-adopt which is more like anyone submitting what theyāre looking for, or they need, and anyone who comes across their post can respond to the ad. Thereās no real push for friendship or anything. How is a network that letās you find people for yourself any different to plain olā regular tumblr? You can do that anyway.
the network i made has the exact same structure as any other network on tumblr and thatās what I wanted to make. a networkĀ ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ and i get to choose because i made it, and itās mine
Iām not forcing ppl to enter so I donāt get how it could bother anyone. Anyoneās completely free to make their own structure whenever they want. This is mine :)
i think maybe the reason u have upset anons in ur inbox is bc the member cap on your network makes membership like, competitive and exclusive. a similar thing happened w a lgbt+ acnl network a few months ago.. there were a limited number of ppl admitted and everyone else was left going "?? why didnt i make it?" it's just.. not v nice to put an arbitrary member cap on a publicly advertised group like that. :/ i understand not admitting unrelated blogs but maybe consider letting all acnl blogs in.
I get what youāre saying but the idea is that there isnāt a member cap!
The reason Iām joining people in small groups, is because it takes a lot of time to operate everything, so if I complete one group, and move on to the next, it makes it more manageable for me!
Iām still advertising the group because Iām still joining people, but iām only one person and I can only balance so much, with work, etc.
The only reasons Iād have to not let someone join is unrelated blogs, or an incorrectly filled survey (some ppl forget to add URLs or give correct emails and stuff)
Thereās literally nothing i could make someone upset about?
Thanks for the suggestion anyways :)
Why is this anon making everything so complicated? You literally just have to be active and post about acnl, nothing crazy! They don't sound like someone that should be a part of the group with how they're acting.
thank you for sending this! Itās nice to know that Iām not the one overreacting. am I not being transparent?Ā
If the original anon really wants to withdraw their application, let me know you name & URL so I know who to remove.
I guess you canāt please everyone ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ

So ...let me know if I got it clear...If you're not a popular blog (for the "relevant" thing) you don't have a chance to join the network because it's an exclusive thing. I got it right? If that's so just explain me how I got to quit my application...'cause I just though it was a group to make friends who played AC.
When I sayĀ ārelevant blogā it means relevant to animal crossing i.e. having AC content. Hereās an example: Iām not going to be adding porn blogs to the network, because itās not relevant to ACNL. Multi gaming blogs are welcome because it IS relevant to ACNL.
I donāt care about how popular a blog is, I would even know how popular they are, I havenāt asked about how many followers they have.
I donāt understand how youāre getting what Iām saying so far off the mark, anon
So I guess those who applied first time have no chance to get in then? :/
Thatās almost the exact opposite of what I said!
Did you read my reply properly?
Hi! I actually did the follow, survey and RB but I didn't get any answer... I wasn't on the first 20 but I saw your post about "still looking for member" and I was wondering if you're going to include everyone that do it or just a few people >//<
Sorry itās taken me so long to respond to this, Iāve been quite busy.
If youāve already applied and you werenāt chosen in the first round, you donāt have to reapply or anything, you still have the opportunity of being chosen in a later round from your original survey. Iām definitely not exclusively choosingĀ āfreshā applicants, Iām paying attention to all applicants.
Not everyone that enters is automatically guaranteed to join, itās not that kind of network. If I think your description fits, and your blog is active and relevant, then youāre more likely to be chosen to join.
I hope Iāve answered your question. Let me know if Iāve been unclear on anything.
