Hi Everyone! Happy #MedalMonday! Atlantic City Marathon, done! 💪🏃♂️🏅🤗 New PR and time goal success! 3:58:00 Pushing that proverbial wall back a bit. Eventually still hit it, a couple short breaks, but able to regroup enough to finish in time. 🤗 Hydration game was on point. Can't believe how much I used to skip stations. 🤦♂️ Course was flat as advertised. A couple hills early on, flat remainder of the way. Weather was nice for the most part. Cool to start. 🤗 Wind picked up for a good portion. 💨including when I started to feel it. Final stretch was calm with the sun starting to beat down. Scenery was boardwalk, a few mi around a highway (couple hills), boardwalk, few mi around an upscale neighborhood (margate), boardwalk to end. Decent fan support along the course, although it did thin out a bit in the final stretch. Great seeing Gaurav out there, same pace group, and meeting up with him and his buddy post race!
