its Achere’s wiggling day!!

Send 🐩+ a muse and I will explain the inspiration I had for them! Such as who or what I based them on, or how I characterize them!

SO Achere was also part of the original 6 trolls I made way back in 2012 and she was a side muse up until like last year, so any inspiration songs n stuff are lost to time LMAO. The big main inspiration for her tho was just myself wanting a really peppy and kind of zany character to rp! I didn’t have any at the time. I was inspired by sherlock-esque habbits of talking really fast and geeking out at really technical science stuff but also being really really passionate about hobbies. The steampunk and pop culture stuff didn’t come around until I decided to boost up her character in like, 2016-2017?? But she was always a NEERRRD for astronomy and aliens.

A1. what are your oc’s natural abilities, things they’ve been doing since young?

She’s naturally good with numbers and facts, her brain is just wired that way and it lead into her interest in astronomy because it’s something she can understand but also challenge herself in thinking

In terms of physical abilities she’s pretty unimpressive being very tall but p thinly, but she has a high tolerance for cold since she’s lived on a mountain face her whole life

A2. what activities have they participated in?

She hikes sometimes with her lusus but most of her activities are indoors. Studying, researching, cartography, cosplay, video games, all that stuff 

A3. what abilities do they have that they’ve worked for?

Her gunsmithing! She’s become quite the tinkerer which only became a thing when she got interested in cosplay when she was really young. With sweeps of practice under her belt now, she buys real guns and is able to deck them out to match her steampunk outfits without sacrificing any functionality. She started out with hand guns but has recently moved on to rifles

A4. what things are they bad at?

Ache is p bad at socializing in person. She has a tendency to talk too fast and just chatter forever about stuff and get off on tangents, especially about her passions. It can be overwhelming sometimes

A5. what is their most impressive talent?

Ache is arguably my smartest troll in the sense that she most likely would have the highest IQ out of all of them, with Jeriko being her only possible contender. She’s able to soak up information like a sponge and actually retain it with great clarity. It’s why she’s able to learn different skills so quickly tbh

🏨  : How well does your muse sleep?

She sleeps just fine but she has a habit of dozing off at her desk and in her observatory so sometimes her schedule gets screwy. It’s not that she’s narcoleptic, she just stays up so late studying or working on a map or a new steampunk outfit that she’ll just fall asleep wherever she may be. Usually her lusus will carry her up to her coon when that happens so she won’t get daymares

❤ : What are your muse’s thoughts on love? If they are not in a relationship, do they believe that they will ever find a perfect someone for them?

Achere is demi as fuuuuuck so she really won’t even develop feelings let alone want to actively date anyone she doesn’t already know well. It straight up doesn’t even cross her mind

In terms of her overall opinion of love, she absolutely believes it’s a fine concept and is open to the idea but it never crosses her mind in day-to-day life. She’s perfectly ok being single but she likes to think that someday she’ll meet someone who will be her perfect match intellect and interest-wise

☘ : Does your muse believe in luck? How about fate?

Achere only believes in HARD FACTUAL SCIENCE LOL

so nah she doesn’t believe in true luck or fate. She believes you have total control over what you do for the most part but that might not be the same for outside forces. If something doesn’t go as planned, you might have made a mistake or didn’t account for something interfering with your plans. She’s not about to ruin the fun for others tho, if someone likes that kind of thing she’ll just roll with it

Extreme homebody. She doesn’t leave her hive for weeks on end sometimes if she has enough food

As a result of being a homebody, most/all of her socialization is online. Which is fine and all, but still

Workaholic. She falls asleep at her desk and in her observatory all the time and just wakes up and continues working

She’s an absolute motor mouth sometimes and has a tendency to talk fast on top of that. It can get exhausting for others

Turns perfectly good guns into steampunk contraptions for nothing but the aesthetic and maybe some extra add-ons

Can’t really relate to trolls who aren’t scientists or interested in the things she’s interested in to the point where its difficult for her to keep a friendship, and the same can usually be said for others talking to her

Weird Headcanons: Give me a character and I’ll tell you my headcanon for…

What they smell like: She doesn’t get to open the windows in her hive very much due to it being cold most of the time, so she probably smells stuffy or vaguely of dust and tea? 

How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): Achere has a bad habit of falling asleep at her desk or in her observatory, so her sleeping patterns can be kind of whacky. If she does manage to get to her coon she sleeps curled up with a hand under her head most of the time. She also loooooves blankets

What music they enjoy: Video game music, chill wave when she’s stargazing 

How much time they spend getting ready every morning: Not a ton. She styles her hair a little bit but doesn’t wear makeup or anything. Unless she’s wearing one of her steampunk outfits, then it’ll take a while bc there’s always a lot of layers

Their favorite thing to collect: Old books about anything, tripod telescopes, cat-themed objects

Left or right-handed: Left-handed

Religion (if any): None

Favorite sport: She isn’t into sports too much, but she’d probably love fencing and sharpshooting competitions 

Favorite touristy thing to do when traveling (museums, local food, sightseeing, etc): MUSEUMS. She wants to soak up the history of the land. Also sightseeing

Favorite kind of weather: Perfectly clear moonless nights- best for seeing starts 

A weird/obscure fear they have: Being shot, ironically enough. She figures it’s one of the most painful wounds someone could endure.

Corona has dyed her hair a lot of colors and has had a lot of different hair styles. At one point she had half her hair dyed glow-in-the-dark pink and with purple streaks

Tharin thinks buying already-ripped jeans is stupid so he just buys normal skinny jeans and rips them himself

Achere loves the feeling of rapid-fire automatic guns

Marlee really loves potatoes (mashed, baked, etc) with lots and lots of butter

Yaziah’s keeps her gemstones hyper-organized in mason jars by color

Corona lives in a city similar to the Miami strip

The bottom of Tharin’s skateboard has a candy red/his blood color themed design on it

Ixalia is actually really knowledge about bladed weaponry despite seeming like she just collects for the sake of having lots of weapons around

Gluttony: A headcanon about something my troll is obsessed with.

Well first things first Ixalia totally obsesses over weaponry, hence having a huge collection. Her walls are almost all covered in racks with swords, knives, and anything with a blades p much that she gets from fights or anywhere else.

Achere really REALLY loves the idea of space anomalies so that def counts as an obsession. She is constantly trying to find new things and study space its basically her life purpose.
