maybe look into a lil uv light? i used to have uv growers and they worked super well (before i killed my basil)

dynamite (if you have that) has rly nice high waisted pants! they hit above belly button on me and i’m Tall. i’ve heard aritzia also has quite nice pants even tho they don’t fit me. and like, if you like workout pants, fabletics makes nice high waisted leggings (though the brand is a bit shit so i would look for them at tjmaxx)
