The whole show is just super natural shit happening and the two of them going on adventures to make sure sunshine human never finds out the truth. People start getting sus and start to assume that werewolf girlfriend is cheating and sunshine human laughs, my gf is a lesbian and my BFF is ace, I'm just glad my favorite people are getting along. So it only motivates them to protect her more.
