Can you picture Ron as aroace?

Interesting question.

I don’t have any trouble picturing Ron as ace--I have an AU that got a bit derailed when I was trying to write Rarry smut but Ron announced he’s hella ace in that universe. (I’m not sure I’ll ever get that to the point where it’s fit to see daylight, it’s one of the ones I’m just kinda playing with.) So definitely, Ron being ace is something that can happen organically when I write him.

But I have a harder time with aro Ron. To me, Ron feels like a deeply romantic person, it seems key to his personality. I think that’s more my personal feeling that something innate to the character, though. I can’t picture it, but I’d be open to seeing it done.
