#acdp module

This 2024 Volvo XC-90 CEM has a new style, there it only has 3 plugs instead of the usual 6 plugs on it. To program the 2023- new car, I'll need to use the Yanhua Mini ACDP 2&Module 20 License + CEM Interface Board together. The Mini ACDP is doing a fantastic job.

After connecting, go to the Mini ACDP APP: Volvo >> XC90(2022-) >> Read CEM data by ICP >> SPC5748G(VOLVO-24) The chip connection is good. Reading data, please wait... The backup file succeeded! Please save the CEM password data.

Volvo >> XC90(2022-) >> OBD detect >> OK Connect the ACDP to the vehicle OBDII port and press the engine start button. Turn on the ignition. We can see the current key is 2.

Add key/all key lost >> OK Please make sure the CEM module has been installed. Connect the ACDP to the vehicle OBDII port and press the engine start button. Turn on the ignition. OK >> OK

Please select CEM password data. Please put the smart key you need to match in the key recognition area of the cup holder or the hand-held box. Current number of keys: 3 The new key has been successfully added.

Check the new key, it can normally work. Done.

This tutorial is on upgrading the Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 33 PCF adapter step by step. If you're unable to learn the key or got the key learning fault with Mini ACDP-2, this can help solve the problem.

How to Upgrade ACDP Module 33 PCF Adapter? Power on & open Mini ACDP. The device number is displayed in the top right corner, indicating that the device is connected.

Slide the page to the bottom. Special function >> Adapter upgrade >> Help for PCF-KEY Upgrade Connect the PCF-KEY adapter to the ACDP device.

Click "PCF-KEY Upgrade".

Please use the ACDP standard power adapter(voltage+ 12V, current >= 2.5A). Please insert the PCF-KEY adapter.

Check the current version and the latest version number. If inconsistent, click "Yes" to upgrade to the latest version. The upgrade adapter is complete.

This post will guide you on how to install the MQB lock fastening (MQB-87) interface board from Yanhua ACDP Module 33.

Here comes the procedure:

1. Push the lock fastening of the interface board to the unlock position. Find the interface board installation area on the instrument according to the visual positioning mark on the interface board.

2. Place the interface board against the instrument socket and align the pins with the D1 and D4 positioning holes.

3. Check that the D1 and D4 positioning pins are completely aligned with the D1 and D4 positioning holes of the instrument and ensure that the PCB lock buckle is completely aligned.

4. Place your finger on the fingerprint position of the interface board press down on the interface board, and push the PCB lock buckle to the locked position to lock the interface board.

The installation is done.

5. Confirm again that the interface board D1, D2, D3, and D4 positioning pins are completely alignined with the D1, D2, D3, and D4 positioning holes of the instrument.
