The past 4 days my account was hacked & under the control of someone in russia. Instagram has a TOTAL LACK of customer support for the VERY SERIOUS problem of Identity Theft- this is unacceptable. I sent multiple emails, made phone calls, filled out forms, reported the account over & over...nothing. 💥💥I was finally able to get assistance through my e-mail server (the account linked to my IG was also hacked) to recover the deleted email from instagram asking if i wanted to change my contact info. I was then able to recover my account, but still no follow up from @instagram and that is not acceptable. 💥💥 for a total of 4 days a hacker had control of my FACE, my professional image, my branding, my intellectual property and the accounts linked to my IG account, my friends, family and clients that follow my feed. That was terrifying...INSTAGRAM you need to do better!
